Smart Messages allow you to send priority mass messages which are delivered to your fans' priority inbox.
This will appear to your fan as if the message was sent to them directly, not as a mass message.
In our users' experience, Smart Mass Messages achieve ~2X higher engagement than normal mass messages in OnlyFans.
Smart Mass Messages are limited by OnlyFans to around 500 per hour - we suggest you select lists of <500 fans.
The most popular use of Smart Messages, is to send an hourly engagement blast to Currently Online Fans.
Smart Messages can be accessed via two places:
The Smart Messages page on FansMetric
The Smart Message tab in the OnlyFans Client Sidebar

The Smart Messages page displays you a list of all of the smart messages that have been sent on your selected account.
You can click each message to view detailed information, including which user sent the message.
Sending Smart Messages through the OnlyFans Client in the Desktop App
Sending Smart Messages
We suggest you send smart messages through the Desktop App OnlyFans Client, as this will allow you to attach media. While you can send smart messages through the desktop app, these will be text-only mass messages.
Click the New Smart Message button to open the Smart Message Form.
In the form, you'll be able to set:
The Message Text
The Attached Media (optional)
The Selected Lists
The Excluded Lists (optional)
To optionally Message Spenders Only (only message fans who've spent at least $1)
The PPV price (optional, available if media is attached)
When attaching media, you'll need to make sure you've put your preview content in the Preview row, and your locked content in the Paid row.
Click Send Message once you're ready to send.
After you've clicked send:
The Smart Message will need to take time to initialize.
This is because we need to scan through all of the lists you've selected to determine which fans to message / not to message.
This may take 5-30 minutes depending on the size of the selected lists, and OnlyFans rate limiting.
We suggest selecting smaller lists if needing to send messages faster.
After initialising is complete:
The message will start to send. This may take 5-60 minutes depending on the number of fans selected.
If you wish to Cancel, Pause, or Unsend a Smart Message, you can do so by clicking the Smart Message and using the buttons on the bottom row.
If you wish to unsend/delete your messages, you'll need to do this within the day of the message's creation, as messages on OnlyFans can only be deleted within 24 hours.
