The OnlyFans client is how you interact with OnlyFans pages within the FansMetric Desktop App.
The OnlyFans Client consists of three components:
Creator Tabs
Secondary Tabs
The Client Sidebar
Tip - to adjust the client:
Hover over the Zoom Icon to resize the page on OnlyFans.
Click the Refresh Icon up the top row (same as refresh in a web browser)
On the left side of the page, is a handle to hide the FansMetric Menu.
Creator Tabs
The FansMetric OnlyFans Client allows you to seamlessly switch between all of the OnlyFans accounts you have connected & on your selected team.
Select one or more accounts in the Account Selector, and click between them by selecting the creator's tab in the top row of tabs.
Next to the name of each creator, you will see a live count of how many unread messages that page currently has.
Secondary Tabs
Need to keep multiple chats open inside each creator? FansMetric provides a secondary row of tabs that you can keep open inside each Creator Tab.
Right click on any link inside OnlyFans to Open Link in New Tab. This will create a tab in the secondary row. You can also use this menu to Copy Link to Clipboard.
You can switch between these tabs seamlessly, the same way as you switch between the Creator Tabs.
Client Sidebar
When inside any tab, you can click on the FansMetric icon on the top right-side of the OnlyFans page to open or close the Client Sidebar.
At the top of the Client Sidebar, you will find a set of tabs:

Fan Info Tab
The first tab of the Client Sidebar is the Fan Info Tab.
When a Fan's Chat is open, you will see a range of valuable information at a glance, including:
The time in American Timezones
Which Custom Lists the fan is in
Their Total & Monthly Spend
When they Subscribed
When they were Last Active
The date their subscription Renews On
Whether they have Rebilling On
Claimed Tracking Links
Track which promotional links your fans are using:
URL of the claimed link
Number of claims
When the link was created
Current status of the link
Platform-Wide Stats
We've added cross-agency analytics that show you:
Total amount spent by this fan across all your accounts
Easy navigation to other accounts in your agency where this fan is subscribed
Complete visibility of the fan's engagement across your entire business
Unified spending metrics for better customer insights
Export Chat History
Easily export chat conversations for record-keeping or analysis:
Select the number of chats to export
Download in convenient format
Copy chat data with a single click
Chat Summary Feature
The Chat Summary feature provides AI-generated insights and analysis of your chat conversations, helping you track key relationship dynamics and important details about your interactions.
Click the blue "Generate" button to generate chat summary
Personal Information Tracking
You will see fields to input & save valuable information about the fan, including:
Name
City
Birthday
Timezone / Local Time
Last Updated Timestamp
Notes now automatically display when they were last modified, helping your team:
Track when information was added or changed
Ensure you're working with the most recent fan data
Maintain accountability across multiple team members
PPV Statistics, including:
Buy rate (% bought, bought/sent)
Max price unlocked
Average price unlocked
A PPV History, giving a complete list of every item you've sent to the fan:
What content, for what price, the date sent, and whether it's been unlocked or not.
You can click each item to view more details, including the message text.
Account Notes Tab
The second tab is a space for you to set notes about the Creator, which can be viewed by anyone using the Client.
Add your Creator's social links.
Add notes about your Creator.
Online Fans Tab
The third tab lets you see a list of which fans are currently online, sorted by when they were most recently active (i.e. made a purchase).
You can filter by minimum Total Spend.
Click Chat on each fan to open up the conversation in a New Tab.
FansMetric Vault Tab
The fourth tab opens up the FansMetric Vault. Organize your Vault Content with notes and tags for easy searching & use.

Settings Tab
The last tab gives you access to a range of settings for the OnlyFans client. These settings are saved to your device.
Open Sidebar By Default - Automatically open the Client Sidebar on every new tab
Sidebar On Left By Default - Position the sidebar on the left side of the screen instead of the right
Display Emoji Menu - Show or hide the emoji selection menu in chat
Display Script Menu - Show or hide the quick script menu in chat
Open Scripts By Default - Automatically open the script menu when starting a new chat
Vault Tagging - Enable or disable content tagging features in the FansMetric Vault
Display Fan Stats - Show or hide detailed fan statistics in the chat interface
Safe Work Mode - Blur/unblur all media on the page for increased privacy in public settings
Dark Mode - Set OnlyFans to Dark Mode for reduced eye strain
Use FansMetric Vault - When enabled, the default Vault button inside OnlyFans will open the FansMetric Vault instead of the regular OnlyFans vault
Open New Tab Immediately - Automatically open a new tab when requested without confirmation
Highlight Unresponded Chats - NEW! Visually highlight chat rows in red when you've viewed a message but haven't yet responded
Other Settings
Emoji Menu Settings - Configure custom emoji preferences and shortcuts
Fan Note Template - Create and edit templates for standardized fan notes
These settings help you customize your FansMetric experience to match your workflow and preferences while managing OnlyFans accounts.
