The FansMetric Vault is a powerful feature that allows you to bulk upload, organize, and manage your media content with advanced tagging and note-taking capabilities. Unlike the default OnlyFans Vault, the FansMetric Vault provides a structured way to add notes, tags, and suggested prices to media content.

Accessing FansMetric Vault

You can access the FansMetric Vault through the OnlyFans Client.

To fully enable the FansMetric Vault, you'll need to toggle on Use FansMetric Vault in the Client Sidebar settings.

Once this setting is enabled, the regular Vault button in the chat will now open the FansMetric Vault.

If you're not in a chat, you can open the FansMetric Vault by clicking Open FansMetric Vault inside OnlyFans on the Vault page, or by clicking the Media Icon in the FansMetric sidebar.

Using FansMetric Vault

Adding Tags and Notes

Click on the text bubble icon near the top right of each media item to open the notes modal.

For each media item, you can:

  • Add tags to categorize the content

  • Write notes about the media

  • Set a suggested price

Managing Tags

The FansMetric Vault includes a robust tagging system.

  • Create new tags with custom names and colors

  • Add one or more tags to each media item

  • Edit existing tags

  • Filter media by tags

  • Remove tags from media items

Uploading Media

All media you upload to OnlyFans normally will be reflected in the FansMetric Vault. The FansMetric Vault also offers the ability to upload media, and easily bulk-add notes, tags and suggested price to the media.

  1. Click the "Upload Media" button to start

  2. Search and select a fan account to send the media to

    • Pick a fan account associated with your agency

      • The media will be sent to this fan in a message

      • Then the message will be immediately deleted

  3. Either drag and drop files into the upload area or click to select files

  4. You can upload up to 40 files at once

Individual Editing

  1. Click the "Edit" button next to any media item

  2. Add or remove tags

  3. Enter notes and suggested price

  4. Save your changes

Bulk Editing

  1. Select multiple media items using the checkboxes

  2. Click "Bulk Edit" to modify multiple items at once

  3. Apply tags, notes, or prices to all selected items

  4. Save your changes

Finally, click Upload, and wait while the process is completed. After it's done, you'll find the media both inside the OnlyFans Vault itself, and inside the FansMetric vault with the added tags & notes.

Searching and Filtering

You can easily find specific media by:

  • Filtering by Tags

  • Searching OnlyFans (this is the same as searching in the vault normally)

  • Searching notes

Vault Download Audit Log

Admins can now monitor all Vault media downloads:

  • See user, account, media type & count, and download timestamp

  • Filter by account and date

  • Export results as CSV

Where to Access:

  • From Vault → Click Media Download Log at the bottom bar

  • From Chat Analytics → Click View Vault Download Logs
