The My Shifts feature provides team members with a personalized view of their scheduled shifts across all creators they support. This dedicated view makes it easy to see exactly when and where you're scheduled to work, helping you manage your time effectively.
Accessing My Shifts
Navigate to the left sidebar menu
Click on "My Shifts" directly from the main navigation
Calendar Navigation
Use the left and right arrows to move between weeks
The current week is displayed at the top (e.g., "May 11 - May 17, 2025")
Days of the week are shown with their respective dates
Filtering Options
You can filter your view using the dropdown at the top of the page:
Show all: Display both shifts and creator events
Show creator events only: Display only creator events
Show shifts only: Display only shifts
Multiple Shifts
If you have multiple shifts on the same day, they will be stacked in your calendar view
When there are more shifts than can be displayed, a "+1 more" or similar indicator will appear
Click on this indicator to expand and view all scheduled shifts for that day
Best Practices
Check your My Shifts view at the start of each week to plan ahead
If you need to request time off or shift changes, do so as early as possible
Communicate with your team lead if you notice any scheduling conflicts
Use the calendar view to ensure you're prepared for each creator's scheduled events
