Page: https://help.fansmetric.com/messages-pro/getting-started-with-messages-pro ### Messages Pro Overview Messages Pro is a redesigned messaging experience in FansMetric built to handle high-volume fan conversations with better performance, stability, and control. Messages Pro opens in a dedicated window and is optimized for faster message loading, smoother navigation, and advanced conversation management. It is especially useful for agencies and teams managing multiple chatters, accounts, and inboxes. ### Accessing Messages Pro You can access Messages Pro directly from your FansMetric dashboard. Steps: 1. Open the left-hand menu in FansMetric 2. Click Messages Pro 3. The new messaging window will open automatically  ### Understanding the Messages Pro Layout Messages Pro is divided into three main sections: #### Conversation List - Displays all fan conversations - Shows online indicators and unread counts - Supports pinned chats and filters - Displays fan avatars for quick identification  #### Conversation View - Shows the full message history with the fan - Displays message tags with sender names - Supports replies, forwarded messages, and PPVs - Shows media previews with clear status indicators #### Message Composer From the message input area, you can: - Send text messages - Add emojis and scripts - Upload or attach media from the Vault - Send PPVs with pricing and previews - Reply to or forward messages  ### What’s Included in Messages Pro Messages Pro includes: - Faster and smoother conversation loading - Improved message formatting and replies - Media uploads with progress tracking - PPV support with pricing and previews - Message tagging and forwarding - Inline and full message translation - Moderation actions such as hide, restrict, block, and report - Split Inbox support with permission-based access - Quick access to Online Fans and Notifications Some actions are permission-controlled and available only to Managers or Admins. ### Split Inbox Support Messages Pro works seamlessly with Split Inbox. Users with the appropriate permissions can: - Create or edit Split Inboxes - Move conversations between Split Inboxes This helps distribute workload across teams and maintain organised inboxes.  ### Online Fans Tab The Online Fans tab lets you quickly see all fans who are currently online, so you can start conversations at the right time. What you can do: - View a real-time list of online fans - Click Chat next to any fan to open their conversation instantly - Filter online fans by spent amount to focus on specific fans More smart filters will be added in future updates to make fan engagement even easier.  ### Notifications Tab The Notifications tab in Messages Pro gives you real-time updates so you never miss important fan activity. **What you can do:** - Get instant notifications for new subscriptions, tips, purchases, and important OnlyFans updates - Quickly send a message using the reply box or open the full conversation in a new tab using the chat icon - See who from your team last messaged a fan, with their name logged for tracking This helps teams stay coordinated and prevents multiple chatters from messaging the same fan at the same time.  ### Why Use Messages Pro?
