Auto Online Messages allow you to schedule a sequence of messages to be sent to your fans when they first come online during a specified time period.
This helps you engage with fans at the optimal time, increasing the likelihood of interaction.

Accessing Auto Online Messages
You can access Auto Online Messages in two ways:
1. Through the "Auto Online Messages" page in the main FansMetric dashboard
2. Via the OnlyFans Client Sidebar in the Desktop App
IMPORTANT: If you want to attach media to your Auto Online Messages, you need to create them through the Desktop App Client.
Creating an Auto Online Message Sequence
To create a new Auto Online Message sequence:
1. Click the "Create Auto Online Message" button on the Auto Online Messages page.
2. In the creation form, you'll be able to set:
Start and End dates for the sequence
Fan Lists to include
Fan Lists to exclude (optional)
Time to exclude recently chatted fans
A sequence of messages, each with:
Message text
Media attachments (optional) (must be done through OnlyFans Client)
PPV price (if media is attached)
Release forms (if media is attached)
Whether or not to auto-unsend each message X hours after sending
The min/max random delay between messages (if multiple are in the sequence)
3. Add messages to your sequence by clicking the "Add Message" button. You can add multiple messages, which will be sent in order as fans come online.
4. Arrange the order of your messages using the up and down arrows next to each message.
5. Set the minimum and maximum delay time in between messages (if multiple messages are set in the sequence)
6. Optionally set each message to Auto-Unsend after X hours.
7. Click "Create Auto Online Message" when you're ready to schedule your sequence.
After Creating a Sequence
Once you've created an Auto Online Message sequence:
If set far in the future, the sequence will be scheduled.
Once close to the start date, the sequence will initialize, which may take some time depending on the size of your selected lists.
If the largest selected list has 10,000 fans, it'll take around ~40 mins to initialize.
During the specified time period, the system will monitor for fans coming online and send them the messages in the sequence.
Fans will receive the first message 30-60 seconds after they come online.
If multiple messages are set, they will be sent with a random delay between them (random between the min/max range you set).
If Auto-Unsend is enabled, each message will be automatically unsent after X hours.
You can view the status and statistics of your sequence on the Auto Online Messages page.
You can pause, resume, cancel or completely unsend sequences.
You can only unsend messages within 24 hours of the start of the sequence.
Managing Your Sequences
You can manage your Auto Online Message sequences from the main page by clicking on the message text.
Pause: Temporarily stop the sequence from sending messages
Resume: Restart a paused sequence
Cancel: Stop the sequence entirely
Unsend: Delete sent messages (within 24 hours of the start date)
Edit: Modify sequence settings and message content
You can only edit a sequence before it has started sending
Duplicate: Create a copy of the sequence with identical settings
