Learn how to manage your Linked OnlyFans Accounts / OnlyFans Pages

F
Written by FansMetric

Accounts on FansMetric are the OnlyFans pages/creators which you have connected to your organization.

Accounts Page

On the left sidebar, you'll find the Accounts page.

This page shows you a list of all of the Accounts currently on your selected FansMetric team.

You'll be able to see whether the account's sync to OnlyFans is active, the number of unread messages on the account, and the plan which the account is currently on (Standard or Pro).

Use the buttons on the right side of the row to either add a note to the account, manage the account settings, or remove the account from the current team.

Linking New Accounts

To link a new account, follow the steps in the getting started guide.

If you're having trouble linking a new account, i.e. if the account is already linked on a different FansMetric organization, please contact support and let them know the @username of the creator.

Managing Accounts

Once you click on the gear icon on the account's row, you'll be taken to the Manage Account page. Here you'll be able to view the notes set on the account and see which teams the account is currently added to.

If you're on a free trial of FansMetric, and want to subscribe to a paid plan, but don't want to pay for a particular account, click Archive Account to remove this account from your FansMetric and your billing. You'll need to contact support to un-archive the account.

If you want to remove the account from FansMetric completely - either because the account has left your agency, or so can add it onto a different FansMetric organization - click Unlink Account. Please note that you will only be able to Unlink Accounts when your billing plan is active.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why is my account saying it is "Sync Lost"?

  • Accounts will show as "Sync Lost" if the connection with OnlyFans has been disrupted.

  • This can happen if the OnlyFans session is logged out of (i.e. if someone clicks "log out" inside OnlyFans), or if the page's email/password is changed.

  • Changes made by OnlyFans' systems may also cause the account to lose sync.

To restore the sync, simply log back into the account through the OnlyFans Client in the Desktop App. If you're having issues keeping your accounts synced, please contact support.

How many accounts can I link?

You can link an unlimited number of accounts to your FansMetric account, and your billing will be adjusted automatically. FansMetric is able to keep all of your accounts synced at the same time, so you can access all of them and keep all of their analytics up to date.
