AI Chat Monitoring shows you, in real time, how AI Chatter is performing across your accounts from agency-wide KPIs down to individual fan conversations. You can review chats, pause the AI on specific conversations, and step in directly on OnlyFans when needed.

Before You Begin

Beta: AI Chat Monitoring is currently in beta testing. To enable it for your account, contact our support team through the chat widget in the bottom-right corner of the app.

Permission required: Your role must have the AI Chatter Monitor permission enabled (under AI & Automation in role settings) to access this page.

Accessing Chat Monitoring

Go to AI Chatter in the left navigation menu, and open the Chat Monitoring sub-page. You'll land on the agency-wide overview by default.

Clicking any creator in the table opens a detailed per-creator view.

Selecting the Time Period

At the top of every monitoring page, use the period selector to choose what data you're looking at:

  • Last 24 hours (default)

  • Last 48 hours

  • Last week

  • Last month

  • Custom - Pick your own start and end dates

All KPIs, charts, and tables on the page update to match the selected period.

Agency Overview

The overview is for monitoring all creators in one place.

KPI Cards

Five metric cards across the top show your agency-wide AI performance:

  • Total AI Sales & Tips - Combined revenue from AI-handled chats

  • AI Messages - Total messages sent by the AI

  • PPV Purchased / Sent - How many fans purchased vs. PPVs the AI sent

  • Online Fans Contacted - Unique fans the AI successfully bumped while online

  • Active Chats - Chats currently active

Performance by Creator

A sortable table showing each creator's AI performance.

  • Creator - Avatar and account name (click to drill into the per-creator view)

  • AI Chatter Status - On (green), Off (gray), or Sync Lost

  • Total AI Sales & Tips - Revenue, with per-hour rate underneath

  • AI Messages - Total messages sent

  • Active Chats - Currently active conversations

  • PPV Purchased / Sent - Conversion ratio

  • Interventions - Times a human chatter took over

  • Chat Conversion Rate - Percentage of active chats that resulted in a sale

Use the search bar to find a specific creator by typing in the "Search account..." field.

Overall Performance Chart

A bar chart showing daily trends for the selected period. Switch tabs to view different metrics:

  • Sales

  • Messages

  • PPV Sent

  • PPV Purchased

Chats Handled Funnel

A funnel diagram comparing Active Chats to Chats with Sales, with the conversion percentage shown automatically.

Live Feed

A sticky panel on the right shows the latest 8 real-time events. A green pulsing dot means the feed is live.

Each event card shows the fan, message direction (received vs. sent), and timestamp. Click any event to jump to that conversation, or click "See All" to open the full feed in a modal.

Per-Creator View

Click any creator in the Performance by Creator table to open their detail page. You'll see the same period selector and a similar layout, with one extra metric card:

  • Manual Interventions - Number of times a human chatter intervened and paused the AI for that creator

Reviewing Chats

The Chats section on the per-creator view lists every chat the AI is (or was) handling for that creator.

Status Tabs

Filter the chat list by status. Each tab shows a count.

  • All

  • Active

  • Paused

  • Escalated

Searching

Use the "Search fan by name or username" field to filter the list as you type.

Chat List Columns

  • Fan - Avatar and fan name

  • Status - Active (green), Paused (yellow), or Escalated (red), with the reason and who triggered the change

  • AI Messages - Total messages, plus any unsent count

  • AI Sales - Revenue from this fan

  • PPV Purchased / Sent - Per-fan PPV conversion

  • Interventions - Human takeovers on this chat

  • Started - When the chat began

  • Last AI Activity - When the AI last messaged (default sort)

Click any column header to sort by that column.

Per-Chat Actions

Each row has three action buttons:

  • Pause / Resume (circular icon) - Pause the AI on that chat, or resume if already paused

  • View on OnlyFans (OF logo) - Opens the conversation directly on OnlyFans so you can take over manually

  • "View chat" - Opens the Chat Preview drawer

Reviewing a Conversation

Click "View chat" on any row to open the Chat Preview drawer.

What's Inside

  • Status badge at the top: Active, Paused, or Escalated

  • Escalation reason (red alert box, only if escalated)

  • Fan stats grid - AI Sales, AI Messages, Total Spendings, and Subscribed (how long they've been a fan)

  • Conversation messages - Full message history with creator messages on the right (blue if sent by a human, green if sent by AI) and fan messages on the left. Includes media counts, PPV unlock status (paid vs. not paid yet), timestamps, and a sender label (Fansmetric AI or Human).

  • System events in the timeline - Pause/resume/escalation events with the user who triggered them, plus purchases and tips

  • Infinite scroll - Older messages load as you scroll up

Footer Actions

  • "View on OnlyFans" - Opens the chat in a new tab to chat manually

  • "Close" - Closes the drawer

Taking Over a Chat

There are two ways to take a chat back from the AI:

  • Pause it - Click the pause icon in the chat list. The AI stops responding on that chat until you resume it.

  • Reply on OnlyFans - Click "View on OnlyFans" to open the conversation directly. Replying yourself counts as a manual intervention and pauses the AI for that chat.

When the AI is paused, the chat status shows Paused along with who paused it. To resume, click the play icon in the same column.

Common Workflows

  • Daily performance check - Open the agency overview, scan the KPI cards, then sort the creator table by Total AI Sales & Tips to see top and bottom performers.

  • Reviewing escalations - Drill into a creator, click the Escalated tab, then open the chat to read the escalation reason and conversation.

  • Real-time monitoring - Keep the Live Feed visible while you work. Click any event to jump straight to that conversation.

  • Custom reporting - Use the Custom period option to pick any date range, and all visualizations update to match.

Things to Keep in Mind

  • The AI Chatter status badge shows Sync Lost if the connection to the account has dropped - chats won't be handled until sync is restored.

  • Pausing the AI on a chat doesn't end the conversation - fans can still message, you just need to reply manually until you resume the AI.

  • Interventions and pauses are tracked per-chat and per-creator, so you can see which conversations needed human help.
