AI Chatter is an AI assistant that chats with fans 24/7 using a persona you define. It can hold conversations, suggest PPVs, and follow your selling strategy.
Before You Begin
Beta: AI Chatter is currently in beta testing. To enable it for your account, contact our support team through the chat widget in the bottom-right corner of the app.
Permission required: Your role must have the AI Chatter Setup permission enabled (under AI & Automation in role settings) to access these pages.
Accessing AI Chatter
Go to AI Chatter in the left navigation menu. You'll land on the Setup page, which lists every connected account.
The Setup page has three tabs:
All - Every connected account
Configured - Accounts with a complete AI setup
Not-Configured - Accounts still pending setup
Each row shows the account, AI status, and a Bio completion percentage. Click any account to open the Creator AI Settings for that account.
Setting Up AI Chatter
The Creator AI Settings page is where you build the persona. You'll see three top-level tabs:
Bio - Describes the creator (personality, lifestyle, content)
Products - The PPVs and scripts the AI can sell
Bump Messages - Automated re-engagement messages
Step 1: Complete the Bio
The Bio tab has 7 sections in the left sidebar. Each section shows a completion indicator (gray, red, amber, or green).
Personal Info - Name, gender, birth date, location, languages, relationship status, and more
Chatting - Persona type, selling strategy, online personality, slang, emojis, and fan nicknames
Lifestyle - Hobbies, daily routine, favorite food and drink, music, and workouts
Physique - Body type, ethnicity, height, weight, hair and eye color, tattoos, and piercings
Content - Niche, content types, services offered, and red lines
Intimate Details - Turn-ons, turn-offs, kinks, and boundaries
Socials - Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, and Snapchat handles
Required fields are marked with a red asterisk. Click "Save All Changes" at the bottom of each section before moving on.
The more detail you give in the Bio, the more authentic the AI sounds. Aim for 100% completion.
Step 2: Add Products
Switch to the Products tab.
Click "Create Product" to add one manually, or "Upload Products" to bulk import
Each product has a name, category, and active/inactive status
You need at least 5 active products before AI Chatter can be enabled
Step 3: Set Up Bump Messages
Switch to the Bump Messages tab. See the Using Bump Messages section below for the full flow.
Step 4: Enable AI Chatter
Once your Bio is 90% or more complete and you have at least 5 active products, the "Enable AI Chatter" toggle on the Handle Chats with AI card becomes active.
Toggle it on to start AI Chatter for that account. You can toggle it off anytime to pause.
Step 5: Enable AI Chatter Per Fan
After AI Chatter is enabled at the account level, you also need to turn it on for each fan you want the AI to chat with.
Open the Chatting Client and go to the conversation with the fan
In the Fan Info sidebar on the right, click the Chat Insights tab
Toggle AI Chatter on at the top of the tab
The AI will only handle conversations where this per-fan toggle is on. You can switch it off anytime to take the conversation back manually.
Configuring AI Chatter Settings
Click "Exclude fans from AI Chat" (gear icon) on the Handle Chats with AI card to open the settings dialog.
Exclusions
Use these to keep AI Chatter away from specific fan groups:
Exclude Spenders - Skip fans who have spent above a threshold
Exclude New Fans - Skip fans subscribed less than the chosen number of days
Exclude Old Fans - Skip fans subscribed more than the chosen number of days
Exclude Time Wasters - Skip fans with no spend after a chosen number of messages, or who haven't bought again after a chosen number of messages
Exclude Fan Lists - Pick specific fan lists to exclude from AI Chatter
Message Delay
Toggle Message Delay to make the AI feel more human. Allowed range is 30 to 300 seconds.
PPV Follow-up
Toggle PPV Follow-up so the AI gently follows up with the fan after sending a PPV. Allowed range is 300 to 900 seconds.
Click "Save Settings" when done.
Things to Keep in Mind
AI Chatter needs both a Bio at 90% or more and at least 5 active products before it can be enabled.
Changing exclusion rules rebuilds the underlying fan lists, so try not to change them too frequently.
Fans on your exclusion lists won't receive AI messages, even if they trigger an event.
You can pause AI Chatter at any time by toggling "Enable AI Chatter" off.
