Fan Lists let you organize and segment your fans into groups for targeted messaging, filtering conversations, and tracking engagement. ChatBlue provides both automatic system lists and custom lists you can create yourself.
Go to Fan Lists in the left navigation menu. You'll see a two-column layout:
Left sidebar - All your lists with member counts
Right panel - Fans in the selected list
Types of Fan Lists
Default Lists
Pre-built lists that you can add or remove fans from manually. These provide useful default segments to get started with.
Custom Lists
Lists you create yourself. You have full control — rename, delete, add fans, remove fans, and pin your most-used lists to the top.
Creating a Custom List
1. Click the "+" button in the Fan Lists sidebar
2. Enter a list name
3. Click Create
Adding Fans to a List
1. Select the list you want to add fans to
2. Click "Add Fans"
3. Search for fans by name
4. Select one or more fans using the checkboxes
5. Confirm to add them to the list
Fans can be in multiple lists at the same time.
Removing Fans from a List
1. Select the list
2. Hover over the fan you want to remove
