Schedule Posts in FansMetric lets you automatically publish photos, videos, and captions to your OnlyFans feed. Simply set your posting window, choose your media folders, pick a caption style, and FansMetric handles the rest.
Upload Captions
Go to Automations > Schedule Posts.
To get started, you can either:
Upload a caption file using the sample CSV format provided.
Use AI-generated captions by entering a list of keywords.
Both options help you add engaging text to your scheduled posts.
Schedule Your Posts
You can access the Scheduled Posts feature from the Client Sidebar > Automations > Schedule Post.
Click on "Schedule a Post" at the top right of the Scheduled Posts dashboard to open the configuration panel.
1. Start & End Date/Time : Define the window during which posts should be sent.
2. Schedule Every X Minutes : Set how frequently posts should be sent within the selected time window.
3. Select Folders : Choose one or more media folders to pull content from.
The system will randomly pick media from the selected folders for each post.
4. Post Expiry : Set how long the post should remain visible once sent.
5. Post Type :
Regular Post – For your usual scheduled content. Tagging does not happen in the caption.
Shoutout Post (S4S) – Used for shoutout-for-shoutout or promotional posts. When you select a Vault folder, the system detects which creator is tagged in each media file and automatically tags them in both the media and the caption.
6. Multiple Media (Optional)
Enable this to include 1–3 media files per post.
If disabled, each post will include only one media file.
7. Caption Sources: You must choose at least one caption source:
Use Existing Captions: Select this if you’ve already uploaded a list of captions (via CSV).
Use AI Generated Captions: Provide a list of 6–10 keywords. Captions will be generated using AI based on these keywords.
You can select both options to allow the system to mix between uploaded and AI-generated captions.
View Your Scheduled Posts
After scheduling, you’ll see all your schedules listed with status indicators:
Scheduled – Yet to start
Ongoing – Currently being posted
Completed – Posting is finished
You’ll also see post counts, timestamps, and the option to delete.
View Individual Scheduled Entries
Click on any scheduled post to view the individual entries and their status.
This screen shows:
The caption
Media preview
Scheduled post time
Expiry time
Post status
At the top of the scheduled post view, you'll see a summary of the schedule configuration:
Status – Shows if the schedule is Scheduled, Ongoing, or Completed
Start Date – When the scheduled posts begin
End Date – When the scheduled posts end
Total Posts – Total number of posts in the schedule
Posts Sent – Number of posts that have already been delivered
Click the three-dot menu (⋮) next to any scheduled post entry to access the following actions:
Edit – Modify the caption before it gets posted
Post Now – Instantly publish the post, bypassing the scheduled time
Do Not Expire – Keep the post active indefinitely, ignoring the set expiry time
Best Practices
Use relevant folders: Organize your media into clear folders (e.g., “PPV Teasers”, “Interaction”, “Vault Previews”) to streamline scheduling.
Mix captions: Combine AI-generated and pre-written captions for variety and personalization.
Post consistently: Set a cadence (e.g., every 60 or 90 minutes) to stay active on the feed without spamming.
Limit expiry sensibly: 24-hour expiry works well for time-sensitive posts like promotions or daily engagement.
Track performance: Monitor completed and ongoing posts to refine your strategy based on what gets the most interaction.
Review before you schedule: Double-check captions, media selection, and expiry settings before confirming the post.
